• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order is processed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order and tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

• We partner with reliable courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

  • Within Maharashtra: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days

• Please note that delivery timelines may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

• Free shipping may be offered on specific products or order values during promotions or special offers.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

• You can also contact our support team for assistance with tracking updates.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable during both attempts, the order may be returned to us.

• In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
